I Don't Even Know

...I really don't. He's just so handsome, what am I to do? Sutton had on another super cute outfit today (complete with linen khakis from Grandma Janet), so of course I had to take pictures. He was distracted by the window at first, but after calling his name a few times (Adam is forcing me to start calling him "Sutton" instead of "Baby"), he finally looked at me.

And Mom, this is called a Bumbo. Not to be confused with the Boppy. :)

There's the fatness we know and love.

This is the beautiful face I wake up to each morning. I just can't wait til he says "Mommy." :)

By now you might think that all I do is sit around and take pictures of my precious boy all day. You'd be mostly right.

Playing

Sutton likes his swing. This is a new development, as we've only had the swing a couple weeks. Big thanks to Ginger for letting us borrow it! He will reach for the toys (usually only the ones on the right side...does that mean he's right-handed?), and sometimes he'll fall asleep in there.

I figure he must be tiring of the same toys on his swing, bouncy seat, and play mat, so I got out some new ones today. He didn't really know what to do.

But he was awful cute. (I took out the pacifier in these photos for you, Mom.)

He looked at them for a bit before laying his head down.

So I took the ones you could hook onto something and added them to his bouncy seat. He likes them...so apparently we're at the stage where he can play with something if it's hanging in front of him, but he can't reach for them while he's on his tummy.

It Happened Again...

...he had an even cuter towel on after his bath this morning.

After two bad nights in a row, we finally had a normal night of sleeping last night. I don't know if it's cause he's feeling better, because he was swaddled, or because Adam caved and turned the a/c back on, but he did great last night. We kinda think he has allergies...his eyes were really red and watery and he's been sneezing quite a bit. The tell-tale sign he wasn't feeling good was all the crying...Sutton isn't a cryer, and he's been super fussy the past couple days. But I think we're coming out of it, so hooray!

All Wrapped Up

After a bath this morning. The poor baby isn't feeling good today, and I gotta leave to shoot a wedding this afternoon. It's making this day really hard!

Mousepad!

I've needed a new mousepad for my home computer for awhile now...you may have noticed from this post I've been using a magazine instead. So I ordered a personalized mousepad from Snapfish for like $12. I got it in the mail today and it's SO fun! I decided to use it at work and take my work one home, that way I can see my beautiful family while I'm missing them.

Here's my old one. It has an actual photo stuck in it behind a plastic window. The photo is of Adam and I when we first started dating...it's hard to see us real well, but I think you can tell how young Adam looks. :)

Sweet Boy

More photos of the cute boy. He had on a really cute outfit on Monday. He looks like a real little boy and not a baby! I don't dress him like this a lot because I secretly want him to still be my tiny little baby.

 Adam sewed it for me in Home Ec his senior year in high school.

He drove a green Jimmy with white racing stripes back then, and we had a lot of good memories in that truck. Which reminds me. I need to finish up with the last few installments of our love story. Kinda left that hanging, but you know, the pregnancy just kinda took over my brain. :)

Monday was also a big day because we took the extra cushions out of Sutton's car seat. He's a little floppy around the head area though, so I may put that one back in.

This morning, Sutton's cousin Aubrynn came over to visit for a few hours. He smiled at her and she picked out his clothes for the day. I think he likes her. She sure likes him.
