Fall Family Photos

Long story short...but I ended up taking our fall family photos myself. Luckily my kids do really well with a tripod and a timer! This is a long post with lots of photos but making collages would've taken me forever, so I'm posting each photo individually. :)

These first two were test shots but I thought they were sweet!

Wonder how much longer Daddy will be able to hold both boys at once?!

So hard for me to narrow down, so even though these may all look the same to you...there are so many tiny differences to me!

More test shots that I just couldn't part with:

Probably my ultimate favorite right here:

And this is my phone wallpaper:

Time for Ren's alone photos, such a crazy kid...this is what he does when I ask him to pose:

And Sutton's turn!

Christmas 2018 | Part Three

On Christmas Eve, we went over to my parents house during the day. We didn't end up going to any church services, so we went for a walk at the trails near their house.

Then back to their house for supper.

We had already done presents back when Michael and Sara were here, so we painted projects instead. And I believe we played Qwirkle too.

We went home and got dressed in some of the jammies that they'd gotten from Grandma Janet. Notice the blurry dog on the bottom right lol.

We took our pillows and pets out to the cabin and got cozy! Since I get claustrophobic in the loft, the three men slept up there, and I slept down on the couch with Riddick.

On Christmas morning, we went back to the house and had breakfast and opened presents. Here's our aftermath.

Papa Ed and Grandma Janet came over to visit and to see what the boys had gotten.

We took our annual family Christmas photo on the front porch.

Then we headed to the movies! We went to see the new Grinch movie. And had food there too. It was a cute movie and a fun way to spend Christmas together.

The day after Christmas, we went swimming at the Newton Rec Center. They were SO excited...it's been a long winter with no swimming!

Grandma Nancy and Papa Bruce came swimming with us. The pool was nice, like bathwater. Lots of fun!
